Nomadic Express XT, High Performance Sailing Rig for Kayaks

The Wildwasser Built Nomadic Express is the Windjammer of Kayak Sail Rigs.

Optimized for the Prijon Kodiak, this features a high aspect, tall sail and a 4 section mast.

The Inflatable Amas are shaped to provide minimal drag with maximal lateral resistance. Cross Bars and mast are made from telescoping oval tube.

Both Mast and Cross Bars are mounted to deck with unique Carbon Deck Plates fore and aft of the cockpit.

The whole system can be removed with 6 bolts (3 for each plate) using a standard 5mm allen wrench.

The Mast can be raised and lowered with minimal work using a cleated forestay. Double rear stays spread the load, and balance the loading of cross bar (aka) and outrigger (ama) loading.

The whole unit is packed into a duffel about the size of a golf bag (48” x 12” x 12”).

Ala Carte (Ama Base Systems, and Ama Sets themselves) may be purchased and paired with standard windsurfing rigs.
